sir i have my home at village in lal lakeer land of punjab . that is my parents property and i have born in this house , now i want to avail bank loan for construction of this house , kindly advise me how can i register my land and how i can take bank loan for this property

1 my parents are alive and willing to transfer the property on my name.
2.others legal heirs are 2 sisters ands one younger brother
3.no old registrary documents are with us , as the land was purchased by grand father with his inlaw jointly and they occupied their share and we have occupied our share , there is no dispute of property .

Only after regd transfer, Bank will consider Loan. Otherwise NOT.
