Sumone taken student tc and without tc student name cancel from school

i m usha,going on divorce and family matter case between me and my husband.my 12years child live with my parents means nana-nani from when he was 6months,he never live with father and his father never taken his responsibilty before and he stay in village,bt now he taken TC from school and never give return back and school principal said if original tc not submitted within 12days so students name cancelled from school.pls suggest me what i do for my child

If your son faces any problem in this school then apply in another school.

I think her husband had taken the TC of their son from school with out wife's knowledge while divorce case is going on and the son is with mother/wife.Consult your advocate and serve notice to your husband and the same could be conveyed to the court in the next hearing.Also you could see the possiblities of getting a duiplicate TC.Consult your advocate.You could also explain the facts and seek time from Principal of the School thro some Respectable personalities of your area.

But cases going on in village uttar pradesh and son is studying in mumbai.and principle not ready to issue me duplicate copy of TC and police also not ready to interfare in this problem

Consult a Local Lawyer to sort out the Education issue of your son.You could also seek the help of Free Legal Aid Forum and Women's Forum available in all the Courts in Mumbai
