I have attached file, How can you help this senior citizen at his age 77yrs to bring matter at high cour at present app/910/2012 that thus not come on board.

most high courts give priority of senior citizen cases.

No attachment is possible in this platform. Hence come out with brief facts.
As regards expediting the matter for hearing in High Court, your advocate should mention urgency on the grounds for giving priority to the matter of senior citizen. You have to follow-up with your advocate. If he so wishes, he can definitely make mention of urgency.
