Hello sir,
498a case is going on in which investigation officer said that as your parents is not living with you after marriage and they are in M.P and you and your wife living in Gurgaon so based on these facts investigation officer can remove my parents name from the case.if it happened than good for me
but sir section 319 court can call to my parents and in the argument they can again add on the case in that condition after that i will be in the same situation as present i am (Bail for parents)
so my question is if my parents again add on the case than court will be given AB bail to my parents or arrent them.

1. The police have investigated. The parents do not live with the wife in Gurgaon. The police can remove the name of your parents from the F.I.R. The police report will be final and there is less that the court will invoke s. 319 Cr.P.C.

Since they are arrayed as accused persons right now, apply for their bail. Do not wait for future contemplating removal of their name.
Getting bail for them should be a cakewalk.

Sorry to bother you all leaders but i am worried about parent.
so at last please suggest which option will be more suitable
1) Going for Bail or
2) Removed name of parent from case as investigation officer suggested and fight for saction 319.

Go for bail. Removing of their name is not so easy.
