Bonous calculation with leave

Sir,
I calculate bonous on 3500x12*12% in this regard how is the non working day or the unpaid leave calculated.
i)One of our labour has taken leave with out notice for 18 days in july and again 23 days in August how do I calculate his bonous.
ii)In ths above case can he be asked to join afresh as he have take leave without any proper explanation and reason for so long.point of discontunity.

are you new to the job entrusted to you by your employer?, if so take the guidance of your predecessors in this regard because your company's rules in this issue may have its own rule as well.

I employ around 12-15 men in my firm all of them are working from my fathers time now as people are getting old neither they are leaving the job for themseleves nor are doing their duties properly...although i offered 1000/-per month he is not accepting as he seeks some other benefits please do help as what can be done legally...I even risk himm to work with his old age and medical complecation..
