there is no legal hurdle in marrying the ex-husband provided he is willing, if he does not, you cannot force him.

me and my husband sign for divorce in 100 Rs. Notary paper.. Is that legal divorce or not? If yes so no question at all but if not then give me suggest how can i appeal against that notary?

The divorce deed signed by you both in front of a notary public will not be a valid divorce decree, thus legally you both are not divorced and remain to be married couple,hence there is no need for a remarriage. Hope your doubts are cleared now (?)

I know sir i understand my divorce is not valid but in Vadodara My advocate said that if notary of divorce done it is valid and your husband family not accepted you then this divorce is n't rejected.. k i go to other advocate and show him to my notary of divorce paper what they say then i will do anything else
