ing vysya life insurance

I have subscribed to ing vysya life insurance. I have paid three premiums of 50k through agent . But the agent didn't deposit one premium. He didn't give any receipt. What action can we take against the agent?

try to sort out matter amicably and/or some mediator. if both are fail then lodge complaint with police.

did you issue cheque in favour of insurance company or that in name of agent . please clarify .

If no amicable solution possible and you have proof of payment, lodge police complaint.

You have to create evidence for making payment to the agent, otherwise forget its recovery except amicable settlement as advised by the experts, I agree.

You can file case u/s 406 , 420 IPC against him.
