I had applied for ABA in the month of February in the high court. It is yet to come on board due to various delays. Can I contest for cancelling the case against me

Yes. There is no bar to seek releif under section 482 Cr. PC but it is good to wait for filing the charge-sheet.

Dear Sir,

They are yet to file the charge sheet and I see no filing in the near future. Could it be possible for us to stop this process so that I can go ahead with my life?
