Fast track court

respected All,
recently 80 fast track courts have been launched in Uttara Pradesh for women.
Will Sec. 498a, 323, 504, 307 IPC 3/4 DP act go in the fast track court.
what is the procedure of trial in fast track court.

let the cases be transferred first then talk about the procedure . in fast track court short dates are given to arrive at early disposal of pending cases

Procedure may not be away from legal procedure adopted now except there may be less burden of cases.
