SIR IN CROSS EXAMINATION IN A CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE COMPLAINANT REFUSES FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURN BUT ACTUALlY HAS FILED DUE TO HE HAS NOT SHOWN THIS TRANSACTION IN ITR.DOES IT FATAL TO THE CASE OF COMPLAINANT OR NOT?
When U R referring to a delicate ACT like NI ACT,U should come out with the actual facts to get proper advice.Mere 2 line query will not serve UR purpose. The merits of the case entirely depend on the mode of the transaction.
