Salary hold

Hi,
I am working in a pharmaceutical company. i have been submitted my resignation in this company on 24th feb. 2015, now i am on 30 days notice period, i am relieving on 23rd march 2015. but this company hold my salary of February month without any reason. please suggest me what i should do to get my last month salary. and please tell me after relieving within how many days i should get my FNF settlement.

Have you written any communication to the Head-HR/appointing Authority/MD under proper acknowledgment?
If yes what is the reply?

The salary can not be withheld.
The employee can lodge a complaint the moment the payment of earned wages is delayed even if by a day..............from the usual pay day.

The FnF wages should be paid on last day in office/within say next 3 days/or max. by the usual pay day.

The company may take a stand that the salary of Feb and March will be paid in FnF settlement, however this is erroneous and transgression.
