Dear Sir, CMA ordered on 10 March 2014 at Sub court, Judgment copy delivered 16 July 2014. Restored at District Munsif Court on 04 June 2015. Opposite party informed to District Munsif court we made appeal to High court till date not showing stay order or case number. My question no. 1, is District Munsif will conduct enquiry or?. question no. 2, Judgment delivered 16 July 2014, opposite party should submit condolence of delay to high court for late petition or? Why will the distict munsiff conduct enquiry?
