how to get Grant copy for inaam land immediately

Dear Sir/madam,
I approached local lawyer at tumkur related to our grandmother inasmuch land he need proper document for further steps for that he need Grant copy please tell me how can I take that immediately because for that that local lawyer applied through RTI in March 30th 2015 itself but still we not get that, Please Any one here who have tumkur surrounding contacts who can do this as early as possible please give their contacts.
And for put a case for asking share in inasmuch land on our grandmother how much expenses it will take because that local lawyer asking 10000/- please let me know.

What ever amount it will be but work has to be Done know but here that local lawyer get 8000/ - from my grandmother but till date there is no such work done...then also he is asking 10000/- now, we ready to pay 100000/ but work has to be done other wise take some share in that also be ok...we need to be settlement this land issue in court or with mutual. Discussion with all related person for that we need one capable lawyer who do work as representive for my grandmother.

Information / documents from government department are subject to procedure and is time consuming. Mere professional charges paid to lawyer may not expedite / cut short the procedure always. Wait for some more time, meanwhile consult some other lawyer for second opinion.
