What are the essential conditions to be satisfied for a person to be charged under S307 IPC.
What is the significance of the MEdical report in this case.
Are the charges framed by the Investigating Officer final or could their validity be challenged.
How a IO comes to the conclusion that a particular act fits under the category of S307 of IPC.i.e. by his own wish and knowledge or does he require a strong evidence.

1. The basic and foremost condition to satisfy section 307 IPC is that the there was danger to life of the victim/injured in the hands of the accused by way of injuries sustained to him.
2. Only medical report is the authentic document which is relied upon determining this section so it has great significance.
3. Charge is not framed by IO rather by court and it can be chellenged.
4. He requires strong evidence of medical officer treating the injured.
