My society is going for redevelopment. And for the corpus fund that we will receive does a wife have as much right as the husband? The house is on the husbands name. What all are a wife's rigt ?

till the husband's life time wife can not claim any rights as what husband's rights..

Wife has no claim on the property in the name of husband during life time of husband or specifically allowed by husband through legal procedure during his life time.
