Sir,
My sister husband died on 13-09-2015.
He was worked in bsnl.he joined in 2003.
When my sister get compensation job and pension.

Your repeated query is vague when you ask, "When my sister get compensation job and pension." You should know that we are not spokespersons of the department of your brother-in-law to tell you when your sister would get compensation job.

Futher, what kind of details you want from us when appropriate details are requrired from your side, as already informed on your previous query. I have also stated, where you should contact and what to do.

Have your sister applied to the concerned authorities in prescribed form and if so what was their response?

If you were replied in detail then you should have approached the concerned authorities.

the family has no grief of death
