Can i get NOC from cidco in case of buying a property in navi mumbai 12.5 plot.The property which i am wish to buying having register society but conveyance deed not there.pls help...

It appears that by 12.5 plot you are referring to developed land allotted to those whose lands were acquired for the New Bombay Project. Such assignments are fully transferable.
