Dear Sir,
We own 200Sq yards Plot in Hyderabad which is purchased from a developer and has ULC Urban Land Ceiling Clearance. Our plot comes under Municipality under GHMC. Can anyone confirm whether i need to apply for LRS, or not. I own my plot near Gajularamaram Village, Qutubullapur Mandal and Municipality Hyderabad Telangana

Urban land ceiling clearance is different from LRS.
If the lay out of your developer was earlier claimed to have been approved by gram panchayat and there are deviations to the approved plan lay out, you will need to apply under LRS.
Check whether the site plan is in line with the approved gram panchayat lay out. if there are any deviations(minor or major) go ahead and apply. LRS closes on 01-03-2016.
