I have recently (3months back) registered ancestrally property through gift deed can I sell now what does the property law say and wht abt tax implications

If you are Donee of the said gift deed and is gifted with full title of the property then you can deal with it in any manner you want.
For tax implication arsing out of sale price of the same you have to consult a tax professional.

Donee if received full title can sell the property. Capital gains tax if applicable has to be paid.
