Hi,
I actually bought a flat with the help of bank loan and everything was sanctioned based on the sale agreement and now the land lord was not responding for doing registration , But i already moved to the flat as builder / promoter has given the flat for us to use and he himself find difficult to bring the land lord for registration as the land lord stays outstation and not responding properly.
In this situation what i can expect and what i need to do.

Engage a very able counsel specializing in such/property/civil matters.
The landlord can give registered POA to someone he trusts to register the deed.
Or your lawyer shall guide you further.

You can file case for specific performance.

Nothing to worry at all.
File a case beofre the consumer forum. You would get expeditious remedy including compensation and damages arising out of delay in registration.

You can file a suit for specific performance of contract seeking specific relief of registration of the property or can approach consumer forum for deficiency of service with compensation for mental stress too.
