REGARDING THE LIFE IMPRISONMENT KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1.SESSIONS COURT WILL PASS A JUDGEMENT IN ANY CRIMINAL CASE AND SERIOUS OFFENCES LIKE MURDER SEC.302 OF I.P.C.
2.IN THE SAID JUDGEMENT TERM IS MENTIONED BY THE SAID COURT AND ONE COPY OF JUDGEMENT IS SENT TO THE JAIL DEPT.ACCUSED WHO IS CONVICTED WILL BE RELEASED ON COMPLETING THE SAID TERM OF IMPRISONMENT.PLEASE NOTE.

Life imprisonment means imprisonment for the rest life. But It can be commuted by govt after 14 years. It is a general practice that different state govts. issue different kinds of GOs time to time for the welfare of jail inmates. As after attaining the age of 65 generally they are released. Inmates having good behavior and sheer as per jail record generally released earlier.etc
