Sir
Iam living in mumbai last 6 Years with my female partner, last year she force me to marrie her,then we got married at a temple in mumbai.
But she is not to willing Registre to court. And her perants dont know she is married with me.
Now i need divorce but she is not accepting that. She is 38 Years old and me 29. This is her second marriage, her first husband is missing From 2008. She has no child till.
We r working together Since we met. She is owner of d place where we r working. And iam a employee. Actually she is frm mumbai and iam from kerala. She is cristian and iam hindu.
Please tell me sir how ill get a divorce from her. What i shoud do?

Mr. Anoop,
Is not it strange, you were not fed up for 5 years, when you were living with her without marriage and fed up within only 1 year after marriage.
Do you want divorce merely because, "She is 38 Years old and me 29?" Were not you able to know the age difference when you lived for 6 years with her?
Don't worry, Shakespeare's wife, Anne Hathaway, was also 8 years elder than him.
Better continue with your marriage to avoid maintenance charges to your wife till life after divorce.
But, still, if you are adament to take divorce, if she is not ready for mutual consent divorce, hire some local lawyer to take care of your case for contested divorce.
However, for solving your law school exercise, you may better concentrate on your course material for knowing the procedure.

File a divorce petition in court. Court itself will help you to get freedom. Appoint a good competent advocate.
