I want to know what statement/petition shall the pro forma defendant give to the civil court?

Well, the simple facts are that I DON'T want to give a W/S any circumstamces since no claim has been made against me. Also I DON'T want to file an objection.

So, how do I enter appearance in the case?

Nothing bars a court from a court from passing an order against proforma defendant.Whether you should file a w/s or not may not be advised without going through plaint.
