Hello Sir/Madam,
I was worked in an IT firm, their was a manager who molested me and ask for sexual favors. From then we have become good friends and had intimate relationship except sex. But now he is blackmailing me and saying that he will go to police and come to my company.
Due to societal abuse, I am not taking it to my bosses. Please help me and suggest how can i tackle him?

What does OP has that you apprehend?
On what grounds and on the strength of what evidence: he can go to police and come to your company………………..to proceed against you?
Do you have any evidence to prove him wrong?

Firstly he cannot go to police. And why should he go for?
The allegations made by you are very serious in nature and if you are really an aggrieved person then file a complaint immediately against such person. But I really wonder how can you be a friend of a person who forces to have sexual favors against your wish?
