The case is that an employee having some political support wants to tarnish the image of he head of office with the help of her colleagues of same political followers. The major complaints are that the head of office is used non parliementory words while reviewing the work of the employee

No such complaint is maintainable until and unless some concrete evidence is put-forth by such women employees. The departmental head should behave with care and in impartial manner.
