Company name missing on ep notice

Hi Friends,

Labour Court Send EP notice to company.
after 30 days (On hearing date ) Clerk told me "Courier return mentioning "Insufficient Address"
When I look That Envelop "Company Name was missing"
Only its address was written
I am not able t understand How it could be possible

I filed employee retrenchment case on company

Industrial tribunal pass award in my favour
After 1 year lower court was not implemented ( no stay or Order in HC)
I file EP in lower court

Labour Court Send EP notice to company ( as per lawyer )giving 30 days to show why lower courts order was not implemented
after 30 days (On hearing date ) Clerk told me "Courier return mentioning "Insufficient Address"
When I look That Envelop "Company Name was missing" Only its address was written
I am not able to understand why clerk send notice without name on it , rest address is complete
Can we check 'registered post'
details from court register
And I got information from company office boy that they received notice
How I can check who is telling truth
Clerk or company office boy
