In a head on collision of two 4 wheelers a husband and wife along with their 4 year old child died.

For husband, claim was filed by his parents and the same is awarded.

For wife her parents filed claim, but same is dismissed.?

Is parents dependent of deceased married daughter?

Now what is the remedy for the parents

After marriage of daughter, her parents do not remain dependent upon her and they cannot make any claim against her in normal circumstances.

In the given case, the father-in law and mother-in-law od deceased daughter-in-law shall be made and it shall be awarded as per law.
