Flat Ownership under Partneship

We a HSG in Mumbai , have a flat which was purchased vide partnership deed havein 4 partners . The earlier Mg.committee issued the share certificate in the name of 2 partners who were authorised by all partenrs as per valid partnership deed, Now the partnership structure has changed and new partners have been introduced and old partners retired. The new partners now want the share certificate to be issued on their name as per the new partenrship deed. Please note that all the partnership deeds are not registered and are only on stamppapers and have been executed in Assam.
Our quiery as Mg.Committee is : 1). On whose name should the share certificate be issued the Partnership firm or the partners . 2) If there are changes in partners should we change the names as and when the partners change.? Can we insist upon Partnership Deed to be Registered under the required goventment bodies.

2. Yes. You may insist so but the acceptance of your proposal by all partners is necessary for such registration.

Share certificate can be issue either in the name of firm or parties.
