I differ with the views of experts in the light of language of query. Querist do not demand name of lawyer from Chd, Hydrabad, Bihar or any other place which we all one by other are suggesting rather he is asking procedure to file 138 NI case and civil suit there.
The relevant answer is "it is common all over India" and there is no specific procedure there except as mentioned in Negotiable Instruments Act and in Civil Procedure Code.
