Whether DA is included in Calculating Contributions towards Contributory Provident Fund??

Yes. The definition of Basic Wages under Section 2 (b) excludes a number of allowances grouped in sub-clause (ii) of the Section. However, under Section 6, dearness allowances and remaining allowances are taken into consideration for calculating the contribution.
