Regarding resignation

Respected All,
I require your suggestion on the letter which I received from my employer station that I resigned my job without acceptance and they declare me absconded and take legal action for the same.
I resigned my job due to mental harassment in the office, no any support from any employee, everyone work like a puppet, I also dought that my director appointed a new person senior than me to harrash me by different way even they also not introduce him with me. He behave with me like a jr.accountant even I designated as Asst.Gen.Manager accounts. After a argument with newly appointed employee I called three to four times on the cell but they dont picked up (as a regular habit) I given my resignation letter (packed in envelop) to office boy and informed him to give it to director.

whatwere terms and conditions of your appointment letter? did you serve the notice period or left after submitting resignation letter .
if employer has mentioned that your resignation has not been accepted go and meet your seniors in organisation . agree to serve the notice period mentioned in your appointment letter . aplogise to the company for any hardship that may have ben caused by your conduct .
take relieving letter and leave the company .

Sir,
No I am not serve the notice period, only due to harshment from the director and employees I come out from the organisation. Even they are not giving the salary on time, Intentionally they are doing all the things to remove me. Its not possible to work in the company. I already informed the director for the misbehaviour of tht employees but no action is taken. I sent sevral mails to my juniors to do the work but no single reply from them. Even directors also not called me single time, Why such a highly designated person resigned from the job.

Respected All,
Today I received a same letter through register AD. What Impact it gives. I also loose my 17 days salary. Are there is any way to get that?

They are not sent me any legal notice they are corresponding on companies letter head only.
