can any unit holder of comman building put the personal water tank at comman roof of building permanently

If the building or municipal laws or society rules permit so. From your query it is not clear what type of rules are applicable in the referred building? Any society exist or not?

That all depends upon how the person acquired the common property. Whether centralized water tank is existing or not and what are the arrangements for water supply, how the others are managing their water all these are the factors.

In the absence of above, if he keeps the water tank in the common place, as long as the place is being used for common purpose presently, what is the objection? Afterall he has to have water supply.

Sir,

Comman water tank available in roof but he put the other 5 personal water tank in roof & joint all the tank by pipe so all over roof covered with water tank & pipes, no any society available in building , building is small , having only 9 unit avalibale in building.

society must be facing water problem . only society tank can be installed not personal tanks

Common places are meant only for common purpose so its personal use can be got denied.
