counselling session in mahila mandal is goining on but till now after 5 counselling no positive result came out. even counsellors saying that boy's family is not right one their attitude towards counsellor are also bad even they talked to them harshly. after consulting ,lawyer is saying to put maintenance case.
1.is this ok to put maintenance case during counselling session at mahila mandal??
Please advice...

if counselling has failed proceed with case . file for maintenance and other reliefs

in fact, you must proceed fist, get order for mtn, so your bargaining power increases. It settle the matter fast.
at present , he is passing time w/o any payment. so he saves on mtn

husband earning 1 lakh per month salary and wife housewife.
1. how much maintenance will be provided to wife they jst completed 1 year of marriage last week and no child?
2. also some are saying that after giving maintenance for 1-2 month after that husband doesn't provide maintenance. is this true sir??
please advice....

lifetime, ou until u start working and earning , or remarry.

Roughly 1/4 to 1/3 depending on the case. The maintenance would be paid life time, till you remarry or start earning.

It is not correct that the husband stops to provide maintenance after 1 or 2 months. The salary of such husband can be got attached if such attitude is adopted by him. cour has wide powers to get executed its orders.
