Who bear the exp of conveyance deed

Normally who pay the professiona fees for drafting of the conveyance deed ?

is it practically happen in real estate that professional fees are shared by seller and buyer equally ?

Mr. Sethi is absoloutely right.

There is no law that only the buyer has to bear.

Entire thing will depend upon the Agreement between the buyer and the seller. It is another matter that usually the stamp duty and registration charges are borne by the buyer. (If the seller has to bear the burden, then naturally the sale consideration will be going up to that extent.)
