SO TO LEGALLY REGISTER THE PROPERTY IN NAME OF SMALL BROTHER WHICH OPTION IS BENEFICIAL TO SAVE STAMP DUTY. 1 ) TO EXECUTE GIFT DEED OR 2 ) TO EXECUTE SALE DEED OR 3 ) TO EXECUTE A DEED FOR RELEASE IN PROPERTY RIGHTS.
