Hi Expert
I am defendant. During the actual progress of a civil suit which is pending short order, will I be allowed to Revision in the High court for reassessment of that pending suit? What will be the financial burden from my side? Jurisdiction Indian Courts.

Hi Expert
Thanks for your reply. The plaintiff original suit is not to interfere with his lawful reconstruction. . I have also instituted an original suit countering that plaintiff’s original suit. My prayer for rejecting his plaint was dismissed u/order 7 rule 11 (a), (b) & (c) as well as the High Court upon revision. Both suits are in trial stage sans short order. At this stage, I am determined to go for another revision to the High Court on a new ground of measurement disparity of plaintiff property. This I refer above as “ reassessment”. If I am wrong. I am deeply hurt because that property purchased by the plaintiff is my neighbor and belonged to my relation. Any remedy for me. Guide me expert.

You can go for a revision against the petition which was dismissed. From your contents it can be seen that your previous revision was against the dismissal of an earlier petition. Now the proposed revision is against another petition dismissed? or against the already dismissed revision petition by the high court?
If the proposed revision is against the dismissal of a fresh petition with the newly found cause, you can very well proceed but cannot refer revision on the matter already adjudicated.
Consult your lawyer on further issues.
