Lease Agreement

Sir, I am a govt servant. I have done a third party house lease agreement with my father on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- in the month of Oct, 2013 for the period of three years or till further transfer. But due to some or other reason I could not complete due formalties of lease with my employer/organization. The house lease agreement is very well available with me. Now, I am willing to apply for house lease from Oct. 2013. Is that house lease agreement done in Oct. 2013 still valid???? Will my employer consider that agreement valid today and reimburse me rent amount due from Oct. 2013?????? Please suggest me , whether I should go with that house lease agreement or not??????

Are you living in the leased accommodation?

For what purpose you want to submit the lease agreement to your organization?

Please clarify.

You can submit the document to your office and wait for their reply.

Office may object as claim submitted with much delay.
