Dear Sir / Madam,
Please inform the procedure in the Andhra Pradesh High Court regarding urgent listing of the matters. In Bombay High Court we can move praecepe for production or circulation of the matter. However, AOR in Andhra HC has informed me that there is no system of praecepe etc in the Andhra High Court and the matter will come up as and when it is listed as per Computer System. Please inform whether this is true and what is the exact procedure.

Request your Advocate to Request the Honorable Judge of the Concerned Court before Or after Hearing to Post the Case on Priority due to Urgency and if the Honorable Judge is Convinced the Court would Issue the Slip to Post it and your Advocate could deliver it to the Section and the Case would be Posted in 2 days.Other Option would be Your Advocate should Submit A Requisition Letter to the Concerned Court's Registrar regarding the Same and it would be at the Discretion of the Registrar.Discuss with your Advocate and if he is busy even his Juniors Could do this.
