daugher rights on Father's property

Sir,
My name is Manohar. My father's property consists of his self acquired property and ancestral property too. My father has two children me and my sister. My sister is married 20 years ago and also given land as dowry. My father is alive and prepared a will that the whole property belongs to his son that is me.. Is there any right to my sister over the property??

Your sister have right over the ancestral property. the will executed by your father will come into operation after his life time. so better to obtain his self acquired property as gift and gift deed should be registered.
