How can i get status of disputed document Passport has been destroyed from Honorable court now in 2017 after Criminal case final acquittal order in 2010.

They people tell since their is no case in the court as all Judicial record of Case has been destroyed except final judgement order copy now they will not issue any documentary proof that Passport has been destroyed.

I have meet Concerned Pass Port Officer
RPO in person and put up final acquittal Honorable order. They people asking for
documentary proof that passport has been destroyed.

The case is about I had been falsely arraigned by agent for Visa application

in that my passport has been tampered and some false document relating to visa application. I was been acquitted by Honorable court order to destroy disputed documents after lapse of appeal period, since appeal period lapse in 2010 when Court giving final acquittal order in 2010.

Is their any way Honorable court can give documentary proof that case property Passport stands destroyed now.

File a Police Complaint and News Paper advt the PassPort is Missing.Basing on that you could get a fresh one.Consult with all details a Local Good Advocate.

Other wise if you need a statement/declaration from Court apply thro RTI to the Concerned Court Registrar.Take the help of good advocate while sending RTI and let it be well in detail.

File a Police Complaint and News Paper advt the Passport is Missing.Basing on that you could get a fresh one.Consult with all details a Local Good Advocate.

In the meaning apply as reissue lost passport. Than i need to register FIR in Local Police station about how and when passport lost

But what if they came to know about Criminal record during Police Verification process of Passport issue.

Pray through your lawyer through application
enclosing orders of the case, to the concerned court to return the original passport as the case is over. If court record in orders that the record is destroyed, can use its certified copy for duplicate passport.

May use RTI to get the information.

Can proceed by using lost passport avenue i.e by lodging FIR and news paper publication etc..
