Partion suit % for women

ancestor property is owned by mother and she has two children men and female. After mother expiring men gifted the property to his children. And now female doesn't any property, this all happens without her knowledge. what she can do to get her share of property. what % of share female can get. what all the action possible to get her share.

Your query is incomplete, you have not informed how did the woman originally acquire the property and when did she die?

Daughters are entitled to equal share along with the sons. The daughter can file a suit for partition and seperate possession of her share in the property.
