Stamp Duty chrges on amenities shown in Sale Agreement of Flat

Will there be additional stamp duty payable apart from standard Residential Flats stamp duty because of adding car parking as additional amnenities

The stamp duty is payable on the value of the transaction i.e. consideration - if the value includes the additional amenities then yes the stamp duty is payable thereon.

If you add car park also and the value for it in the sale deed, the stamp duty for the said value has to be paid

If the car park is merely an amenity without value and consideration,then no stamp duty is leviable.
