respected sir,what is the act means 1894 land acqusisation act in AndhraPradesh state , if once in this act any land may be acquired by any firm or industries OR PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS from private lands after this acqusiation in this act 1894 , is there is no remmady can arise in this act to real owner?who purchased the said lands preior to acqusation of the land from real pattedar ? to re-open the said case for asking restoration of said lands ?to purchaser?who as purchased the said lands preior to acqusation of land from pattedar? with out preior notice to purchased land person , and the said land some were purchased in 1950-54.?and the name of purchaser was not entered in revenue records? due to non residents,and in 1964-66 the land was acquired from the pattedars ,now it is open land .science 1964 . actually the person who solded the said land was demised in 1960 later in rev-records have been entered her wifes name as pattedar, is the purchaser who have purchased the said land in1950-54 from pattedars husband, have any rights before acquired the said land in 1894 act or not? kindly suzesset me .and still the revenue records have not been changed the name of pattedar is continuing and in posesssion colom the institution name has been entered from 1966 on wards kindly reply for my query ,
