Regarding Property Captured by My Uncle & his Son

There is ancesstoral hotel which was my grandfather property .He transferred this 75% in the name of my father & 25% in name of my uncle(young brother). Now 4years back my father had paralysis & is now a paralytic patient. Now the control of this hotel has gone to my uncle & his son. Now they dont share the income of the Hotel with us.
I am doing a job & lives outside whenever my younger brother goes to a hotel they threaten them to go from Hotel & say that they will not give a single penny .We are very much disturbed as my father is a75% share holder & entire hotel is captured by my uncle.
Should i go to DIG for filing acomplaint regarding this that they threaten me & my brother for not going to Hotel or file a case.Is there any reason that any action can be taken immediately because filing a case may take a long time .Please advice

file a suit for declaration and possession in any case if the property is ancestral or self acquired and you can file a complaint against your uncle if he threaten you and your brother
