Sir in july 2011,i got registered marriage--but i paid for the broker and done it-i have certificate.None of our parents know this.My wife and me never lived together. She also loves me but now her parents health is not good so she is telling "i dont want you in my life".But i cant live without her.I decided to talk to her Dad,but if doesnt accept this-Can i ask her to first give me divorce..??Since its register marriage(i payed no one knows),will this be legal..??
But my intention is showing this as reason i want to prolong the time and i will never give her divorce...I want to stay with her Is this marriage legal or not...(because if i take this to court it should not be proved as invalid..)

register marriage is done only based on the documents and declarations. living together or apart is the parties choice. any how based on the paper marriage you can invoke restitution of conjugal rights. IF any marital relation( intercourse) performed it will help to get your relief.

What do you mean by ' paid the broker and done it'?
If the certificate is a forged one then not only the marriage is invalid but even you could be criminally prosecuted. So first verify that.
If the certificate is a genuine one then you could file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights to get back your wife. Continue negotiation in the meanwhile.

you have to check the bonafides of the broker . check the marriage register whether on said date your marriage is registered or not . if your wife dose not want to live with you part amicably . go for divorce by mutual consent

You paid the broker and got the certificate>
Prior to that did you appear before the registrar and signed in the register? If so, it is a valid marriage and the certificate is genuine.
However, it might also happen that the broker has given you a fake certificate, which means it is not a legal marriage.
As suggested check with the records of the registrar on that date.
