A document in which a person specifies the method to be applied in the management and distribution of his estate after his death.
Mirror will is the wills of a husband and wife which are identical except that each leaves the same gifts to the other, and each names the other as executor When a husband and wife execute wills with respect to the same property independently, in each others name, such wills are called mirror wills. Mirror wills are individual wills. They are separate legal documents with same contents. The wife and the husband are both a beneficiary and an executor.
Under a mirror will the husband or wife leaves everything to each other respectively when one partner expires. If both husband and wife die together then the property under the will shall be directed to their children. If there are no children then the property will devolve upon the named beneficiary. Usually mirror wills serve as estate planning tool for families.

Dear Expert, Please tell me if a Will is to be prepared in a stamp paper or in a white sheet. If it is not in white sheet then in case of Notarization what is the value of stamp paper to be used. As this document is not registered before the registering authority.
