sir ,
i am living in bangalore in my own house. my house is a sheet roof house . there is a coconut tree in our neighbours. now the tree came in our fence after it grown. so the coconut are falling on our roof. we suggested them to take action on this but they are not willing to take any action. my father is a diabetic patient. he got more tention & fear about the sound of coconut fall. now my wife is pregnant for 2 months . this problem will affect my baby also . so i worried about this situation. so pls suggest me a solution for this.

Solution already provided you. It would be better in your interest, if follow advise earlier provided.
Remember 1+1 always 2. it can't be 1 or 1.5 or 3.

Apprise neighbour your difficult situation and request either to cut the tree or to take steps to pluck the coconuts before it getting fall down. In the alternative, fix coir net, so that the fallen coconut rest on it. Only proceed legally as a last resort, which would spoil your time,money, energy and tension.
