It is very important.
Can one obtain a divorce in India stating that wife is suffering from anxiety neurosis and depression. How to obtain divorce in such a case?

no you cnanot obtain diovrce on this ground . depression can be treated

If you could prove that acts of your wife arising out of such sickness caused mental cruelty to you then only you could get divorce.

The sickness alone is not a ground of divorce.

No. Its not a ground for divorce and the same can be treated.Whether the wife under the impact of the disease cause any hurt to you?Whether the conduct of your wife in any way affects you mentally or physically or has its ramification on the overall married life? These questions may be vital.

cannot get Divorce on this ground. And if it re bounced,& Her parents claim, all these due to ur cruelty and torture, u had it.
