My mother's agricultural land

Dear Expert, request your clarification on my rights on the agriculture land inherited by my mother.
I am a married female, and I stay in Delhi and my mother inherited the agriculture land in Delhi through her father since she was the only child.
My mother has 6 legal heirs-3 sons and 3 daughters. Now my brothers are contesting that since it is a agricultural land daughters do not have any right. Additionally, all my brothers are in business/service sector and are not doing any agricultural activity and they have leased the land.
Pls confirm if the daughters also have right to the agricultural land inherited through their mother. My mother is no more and she did not leave any Will.
Pls also specify what steps I need to take immediately in case I have the legal rights to the property and my brother's are in hurry to sell the land. They have already informed to the Patwari and documented in the records that my mother had only three sons.

Since your mother inherited it the property acquires the nature of self acquired and since she died intestate viz. without a will, the women too have equal share, file a suit and get a stay against our brothers from alienating the land.

Additionally inform the general public by way of a paper notification warning against dealing with your brothers in any way concerning the property and doing so will lead to legal disputes.
