Dear Sir,
My father has got his share from my grandfather property and now he is trying to sell the property.
As a grand son, shall I have any rights to stop my father selling the property.
The property was earned my grandfather he disbursed his 4 sons before he die.

As it was self earned and not inherited property in the hands of your grand father,he had every right to pass on it in his choice.
You were not a coparcener in it hence you can not claim it from your father but if your father dies intestate without disposing it your son can claim against you as he shall be coparcener in it with you.Okay!
